We are just a week away from our most important fundraiser event of the year! I sure do hope this nice weather lasts and we have a great weekend.  If not, It could really hurt our awards this year!  As you can see we don't have many sponsors so this

Event is very important!  I'm still looking for several food donations.  We will be doing the Concession stand both Saturday and Sunday. Shirley has a list of items we still need so please contact her! Some items just to mention a few our Hamburger & Hot Dog buns, Potato Salad, Salsa, Lettuce, & bake goods.  There are several other smaller items so if your coming to the Fundraiser show please try to bring a donation. We will also be having a Silent Auction, items will be needed for this! I hope to have some IBRA merchandise for sale too! I need volunteers to help announce, set barrels & poles, sell 50/50 tickets, & work in the concession stand. We will be drawing the TV winner on Sunday so I need raffle tickets back by then also.  If your not attending please get them in the mail to me!

 

I hate to keep bringing it up but if we don't get sponsors our awards do suffer.  I worry each year about having enough money to buy nice year-end awards. Any amount helps & does add up!  I feel like I'm a broken record but I do need your help. I can't do this on my own with the help of a few members that are always there to support PA West.  I need help from all the members! If you plan to attend Nationals a great warm-up class to enter is the Sponsorship/Directors Race.  You can't enter this unless you turn in a $100 worth of Sponsors!

 

Just a reminder...If your ever in question about a show being approved, please check the website! I have been getting a lot of questions on shows and the best place to look is right here under Show approvals. We have three months left in the 2012 season.  It's going to be very busy so let's ride hard & get qualified for the 2012 Nationals that will be in Louisville, KY!!!
