June Update
I would like to take this time to thank everyone who has committed to donate food items for the
Fundraiser show this weekend. We do still have a few items that we are in need of,
If you would like to donate, please contact me.
We will be running the concession stand all weekend so the sooner your food items are there, the better.
Here's a list of the food donations we have so far.
Stuff highlighted in yellow we still need & we could use other food items.
Pasta salad would be a good one! I will probably need some
Ice too if someone is just coming on Sunday & can bring a few bags!

Also don't forget that all raffle tickets need turned in by Sunday.
We will be drawing for the DVD Player & case some time on Sunday!
We will be holding a Silent Auction too this weekend at the Fundraiser so please try to support it.
Any item new or used can be donated.
We will need volunteers to help out with announcing, working the concession stand, setting
Poles & Barrels, selling 50/50's, & setting up Silent Auction.
This is our biggest Fundraiser event of the year so please try to support it & help out.
Also remember Sunday's show is double pointed for PA West members.
I still have about 12 boxes of candy bars that need sold.
If your interested in helping sell them see me this weekend to get some.
Please look over your points & standings and if you think there's an error, contact me.
It's hard to believe we only have 2 1/2 months yet to go in this season.
Please make sure to always use the same name for your horse!
As you can see from the homepage we need to get busy on Sponsorships!
With this being said I'm going to offer a Sponsorship Incentive.
For the member who gets the most Sponsorships turned in by July 31st, you will receive
$50 in cash & your stall paid for at the State Finals.
For every $50 of sponsorships turned in you will receive a chance to have your
Stall paid for at the State Finals.
Please make sure you put your name on the sponsorship forms to get credit.
If you need a cover letter or form I can email them to you or you can print from here.
I can also mail them out if you give me their name & address.
