If you ended the 2011 season in the Top 5 of Open, Youth, or
Master and didn't make it to the banquet to get your awards please contact me ASAP! I have jackets & awards that are unclaimed. You can mail me a check and I will mail them. I'm giving everyone until May 15th to contact me and then they will become property of PA East and will be put in Silent Auctions or offered for sale!
The candy sales are going really well, love the variety flavors! I even took a box and sold them in three days! If your interested in selling some please contact Gay, Brenda, or Tanya Konopinski. The sales from the candy bars last week were the reason we were able to give out Youth saddles last year!
If you have any ideas for fundraiser please get with Gay, Brenda, or myself.
The more money raised and put in the bank means better awards!
Just a reminder at Diamond 7 Arena show that Dave is putting on. We need members to volunteer to help out with setting barrels, running the gate, etc. Dave has graciously offered to give some of the proceeds from these
shows to help out with awards as long as we get members to help out at the shows!
It doesn't mean a few members helping all day. It means everyone helping a couple of hours here and there!
Everyone loves to get nice awards!
I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing this but we need sponsors!
